The App is BAD!

The main problem I have with this app is that every single time I click on the icon to enter my app I am forced to reset my password.

If at my . desktop, I do not have to do that. It's online banking, but this app is not the same and it is horrible because as you can imagine I have confused my passwords with the constant password reset.

The facial recognition is a joke. Once set up I should go directly to my account, that doe's not work either.

No option for Zelle. (This is way over due!)

Unable to take a photo of a check and make a deposit with your phone that's something else you at ALIVE need to add to your app.

Please correct those bugs. Thank you.

Still terrible 7 months later

When the app updated we were promised that issues would be fixed. Yet I still can’t see both of my accounts on the same page like I used too, can’t log in with face recognition, no quick view just to see how much is in the acct, transferring and depositing is still more of a hassle than it used to be. I’m honestly thinking about closing my account and moving everything to another bank I’ve been using, all over an app (after having this acct for 16yrs).

Absolutely terrible

Since the new update Face ID is not an option, which means taking the time to log in every single time. Additionally, everything takes at least 5-10 minutes to load whether using data or WiFi. Money is not easily accessible. Transfers are not easily accessible, or easily transferred.
The old app was not broken, it did not need to be fixed or changed.
The new app is terrible.
