Pita Pit 4+

This is my second meal at the Pita Pit. For years I just walked by the one on Jefferson Ave. Then one day, I just needed something new. I walked into the Pita Pit and heard, Hello! One of the workers was smiling at Me. I proceeded to need help for an Unsweet Tea as the sugar bombs abound, but the good stuff is a but harder to find, usually tucked away in the bottom row. The cashier helped me with a Gold Peak Tea. I ordered the Super Greek on White Pita. The explosion on my palate registed 3.0 on the flavor scale, no need for Mr. Guy and Flavortown, Pita Pit scores a huge win for Me. Today a couple of weeks later, as I walked in, Hello! It felt great to be greeted and also smiled at, I smiled and joked. Ordered the same, Super Greek. Consistency is the art of the effort, and today was no different. The food was amazing all the way to the last bite. The cashier suggested that I download the app and scan my barcode for points. Just did this… now I want to locate my old receipt to see if the barcode still works. Overall a great clean restaurant with fresh ingredients and a cortesy from staff who happily make food wishes come true. Pita Pit, my new place to get Food, that is really Medicine for our body. Amazing! Yummm.

I have been trying to load my points onto this app for over 2 months. It finally appeared to be functioning today, so I loaded my debit card info and went to the CDA Pita Pit, and the system would not recognize payment and method, so I had to dig out my card and pay that way. Pretty irritating rollout of the program. I still can’t load the points I had been accumulating over the past several months- should have earned a free pita by now

Been going to pita pit for years and had rewards when I would go into the store. About 2 years ago we went to pita pit they said they would have to give me a different card because it’s to wore out to read it so they gave me a new card and told me I spent enough that the next time I came in I get a free sandwich. I just went back in and thought I could use my rewards. I got out my card and they said we don’t take the cards anymore. I asked what about all the rewards I’ve earned? They said if you download the app your points will transfer. That never happened so I contacted support to get my points. I got told they couldn’t find me with the card number and asked me for an old email I would have signed up with. I said how could I remember an email I used 20 years ago, can’t you find me by my name. They needed that email address from 20 years ago. I won’t go back again to an untrustworthy business. If your that bad to protect my name in sure they can’t be trusted with your credit card either!
