Great Bank
I love my bank any time I have a problem I address it with my bank and they help get everything right. ❤️❤️10 out of 10 I always recommend.
Electronic deposit way too difficult
It nearly takes an act of god and one of my kidneys to deposits a small check. The check was made out to cash and I signed the back and wrote “for deposit only” on the back. It was rejected because the check was not written out to me and o did. It write “ for deposit using the queensborough app”. The check was for $70 and they could have held it until it cleared. Nice people but behind the time with reality of people living real lives.
Deposit feature needs work
Depositing commercial checks that have watermarks is difficult to often impossible, often resulting in a trip to the bank. This should be an easy fix but seems to continue to be overlooked. The other features work good
