I’ve been with jetstream for 16 yrs and love it. Always helpful employees and great deals on my car loans. Even after moving to Ftlauderdale I’m never leaving my favorite credit union Jetstream.
New app login process is terrible
The new app does not present a way to enable Face ID for logging in and you cannot copy/paste your password into the app’s password field on the login screen. You are forced to type out your password. This is frustrating and less secure. I never had these problems with the old app. Is this what you guys call an improvement and providing the best experience to the customer?
