Wrong language category (Not English)

The reason this app has many negative reviews is that it’s in the wrong language category. It is only available in Dutch, not Dutch and English. Put it in the correct category, please ;)

Why tell me get this??

The service rep at the store told me to get the My T-Mobile app as well as the others. Opened it and found it to be in Dutch. Chatted with someone on T-Mobile site who told me to change the language to English. As if that is an option. Later I get a message that I downloaded the Dutch version and I should delete it and get the English version. There is none.

Don’t call us stupid for downloading the wrong thing when we are told to do it, and don’t have CSRs tell us to change the language when it cannot be changed, or then tell us to get the English version when there isn’t one! We get that it’s in Dutch.

Change the description to say it is in Dutch only.

Ignore the reviews

I’m so glad this app is no longer restricted to the Dutch App Store (thank you!) but people who can’t read (but can type) are ruining the reviews.

Well designed app, I’m getting lots of loading spinners right now, but am excited to finally have this over the web app :)
