Great for businesses and customers

As a business owner who uses Stamp Me let me just say this is a well built app. Very efficient and cost effective to get up and running, especially when compared to other loyalty digital punch cards or loyalty programs. It even provides basic CRM management.
The app runs smoothly without glitches regardless of volume. Customers love it because it’s easy to use and setup is a breeze. In today’s economic uncertainty a program like Stamp Me is vital to stay in contact with your customers in an organic, non-intrusive way that makes them feel valued, and that is what Stamp Me provides.

Changing my Review

I initially rated this app a 1-star review because of numerous outstanding issues. Customer service was prompt, clear, and responsive dealing with these issue. Brainstorming was done and ideas to make the user interface more understandable will be sent to the developers for consideration. (In my case, my city issued a city-wide stamp program, so one stamp card applies to all restaurants. When using the app, a single restaurant appears at the top and makes it seem as though the card is only valid at a single restaurant. Very confusing and no instructions on the city-wide single card use were sent to consumers).

We now advise that city-wide campaigns like this have only one logo for the whole campaign, which therefore does not confuse users. We also encourage the organising party to have a link to a webpage listing all participating businesses as well as specifying this on the back of the card on the T's & C's. We also offer the option of triggering a user email upon joining the city-wide campaign on Stamp Me.
