State College of Florida (SCF) is the region's first and largest public college, serving 30,000+ college credit students annually at campuses in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Venice, and via online learning opportunities. Another 25,000+ participants annually attend professional development and personal enrichment classes. As of 2012, the College has graduated over 39,000 students since 1960.
SCF athletics include five intercollegiate sports teams: men’s basketball and baseball and women’s softball, tennis and volleyball. The Manatees’ winning history has produced more than 1,000 athletes who have gone on to play sports at the university and professional level.

Version 5.5.0
Ellucian Mobile 5.5 introduces the option to add a link to your institution’s privacy policy as a menu item under the Actions section of the Main Menu that ensures the privacy policy is within one-click of the application’s main menu. This is designed to assist with the “easily accessible” requirement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Enhanced international user experience through updated contextual translations for all supported languages.
In-app, user-initiated configuration refreshes through a new refresh configuration menu item under the Action section of the Main Menu.
For Banner institutions, Ellucian Mobile 5.5 allows customization of the Zero Textbook Cost icon and adds user selection of drop codes to the registration module. Users are prompted to select a drop code when multiple drop codes are available.
Ratings and Reviews
Terrible
I used to love using the SCF website. It was user friendly and it had everything right at your finger tips. I’m not sure why they decided to change the online website and the mobile app. It’s absolutely terrible. Online website is hard to use and the mobile app doesn’t work. Can’t see grades or email. No reason to have it on my phone so I just dumped it.

Old ratings making it look bad
I cant speak for how the app used to look/perform but, there are many cool features; I tapped around on everything- everything worked just fine. Clean UI as well.
My favorite features are:
1)The map showing you where EVERY building is, super cool...new student approved
2)The fact you can sign yourself in to seek advisory/financial aid etc etc
3)Dashboard/Canvas/AND banner.
4)Class schedule, pay for classes
5) Access student email IN APP.
The app really has nearly anything you could think to use.
Sign in not working
This app used to be very helpful and fast, but this semester I can’t even login. Others have reported the same issue, so I hope it gets resolved soon.
