Pretty useless - but DOES make it easy to file claims

This app fails in providing the most basic, critical information such as claim status. If it is indeed available on this app and in spite of my fruitlessly frustrated searching I’ve missed it, then my review is: This app is counterintuitive, very difficult to find the most basic functions such as claim status. Do better.

Claim Filing Automatically Denied

Claim process looks clear and straight forward on the app, but I’ve received automatic denials repeatedly stating I don’t have sufficient balance in account. My balance is over $900 and my claim is $40. Reached out to customer service and the actions they told me to take (start date and end date) also didn’t work. Impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Looks like I have to go through a (potential) 180-day appeals process because the first card I grabbed when paying my copay was my debit card and realized my mistake too late for clerk to cancel.

This app is completely F ridiculous.

It never works. it’s not accessible, always asking you to resubmit your password then it won’t take it then you got to go through a whole rigmarole to get a new link from your employer. It’s in nightmare. The only people this company must serve is your boss because it sure doesn’t work for the employees.
