What’s New

Version 1.2

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

** New in version 1.2. Interim release. I'm still working on a major update, but I wanted to get this out quickly to fix a major issue that showed up with iOS 8. Changes in this version:

-- iOS 8 compatibility. Fixed a bug that causes the text display to go crazy. However, iOS 6 (or higher) is now required.
-- Different screen sizes are now supported
-- Macros now work on the input line as well as in macros.
-- iPad version includes \S for QSO macro.

Doesn’t work anymore

Looks like this app hasn’t been updated in awhile and that’s a real shame. It WAS the best PSK app for iPhone/iPad. Now, it just flat out doesn’t work on recent versions of iOS. I’ve had the app for years, but haven’t used it in awhile. Much to my disappointment, I opened it up today and it just doesn’t work. Just compared to the other PSK app, it appears this one needs to be updated to allow it to ask for permission to use the microphone (for audio input). This app doesn’t have a setting for it, the competing app (which frankly isn’t as good - but it works), does have that setting. Let’s hope the developer updates this app and I’ll be happy to give it a high rating. 73, KI4ASK

Line/Mic Input Not Working

Does not show anything on the waterfall and does not decode any signals when using a direct cable connection to the headset jack. Other ham radio apps which support the line input work fine, so this is a defect in this app. Please fix!

Works fine good deal!

I just installed on my iPad and tried with my FT-817ND radio through an interface. No issues with connecting and I had a QSO right away. Nice add to my portable. The iPad is much easier to take with compared to a laptop that dies after a few hours of use! Great job and hope to see you programming again soon!
