Description
This app is for the delivery drivers of Restaurant Delivery Services using WISDOM Restaurant Delivery Service Software. The driver can launch the app on their iPhone or iPad and it will run in the background periodically transmitting real-time GPS location to WISDOM. In addition, the app provides real time chat and order status update capability with the dispatcher, and optional background audio that will loop until an order is noticed.
In order to improve battery life, the app does not constantly require GPS to be on, rather after it obtains a location it turns the GPS antenna off for 20 seconds before attempting to get the next update. However, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Notifications
I have my notifications on at all times and I have to constantly press the refresh button to see if I have any orders. The first day I used it the orders would pop up and make a sound to notify me and now they never do. It’s inconvenient and dangerous to have to constantly look at my phone and press the refresh button when I trying to deliver an order.
Nonsense
The app notifications are still crashing through the iOS native “do not disturb” setting. You have not updated this app in two years. You have not responded to a single review here. The sound is terrible and extremely loud, which I cannot change. The app quits on a regular basis just when I try to use it. There is literally nothing good I can say about this app and I only use it because I have no other choice. Everything about it is shameful. But you have a captive audience, so I guess you don’t have to change a single thing or respond to anyone or take anyone seriously. Worst app I have ever downloaded, and I am not remotely exaggerating.
1st Time User
Honestly, this was my first time using this app tonight and it was pretty straight forward. Easy user interface and intuitive. Works great with CarPlay when using GPS through app. Plays right on my screen. Only thing I would change is being able to see all your completed orders when not on shift so you can look back and track tips, orders without having to be actively on a shift.
