Version 4.9
- Corrected a bug that resulted in cancelled calls being replicated in the data base. This only affects enterprises using the Sync feature to share data across iPads. A new button in Settings -> Defaults allows you to remove any such cancelled calls should you have been affected by this issue

Great app for my invoices
I’ve been using this app since 2014. It has such excellent features.
You can run reports for practically everything.
It keeps track of inventory and price sold and paid for. It also has a mark up percent if you would rather just use that.
One of the features that I use a lot is history. I can look up a job I did 4 years ago, and see a itemized breakdown of what I charged him for labor and what I charged him for parts…. this is very useful for me The only thing that is time consuming, which would be with any app like this, is inputting the customer information for the first time as well as adding your inventory to the system for the first time. After that it’s just a matter of pushing a button and it’s all added to the service call invoice ticket.
I couldn’t say enough good things about this company or the app that they made, anytime you have a question they will write you back immediately and they really stand behind their app and have a great customer service
I usually do not write reviews myself however I feel very strongly that this app deserves it and I encourage anyone who is in the service industry to definitely check them out.
Perfect app for small business
I have used this app for years. It was exactly what my business needed to have something simple and to keep very detailed customer records and history. I run a computer repair business. I work alone but I also work with a couple sub-contractors. I pay for them to download this app, sync my data to them and instantly they’re setup to email clients invoices and at the same it CCs me so I know what work was done. I haven’t had to contact customer service for a long time but when I did they were always super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better app right when I needed it.
Second to None!
Great App! For the money it cost and the purpose it serves you couldn't ask for anything better. People who leave lower star reviews based on the fact they that this app doesn't deliver everything thing they expect is unrealistic expectations for this product. Seriously people what more do you expect from a app that you paid only $20 dollars for. If you expect your every little demand for a product like this then be prepared to spend well over a $1000. Hats off to Mpengo for making a great app and constantly trying to improve it.
