Unable to search other banks well
The app is very good. However, the options available to add beneficiary banks are not worked on well. For example, the app is unable to search bank FAB.
Other areas are good and I am happy with the app.

FIX THIS ISSUE
The fact that this is not fixed is absolutely unacceptable for a bank like Emirates Islamic. When I want to transfer money, it asks for a Smart Pass Pin. I don’t remember my pin, so I tap that I forgot it. It then says that it sends an email to my current email. However, the issue is that it keeps sending it to my OLD email even though I changed my email from within the app from a long time ago and it still keeps sending it to my old email. PLEASE FIX THIS BECAUSE I AM ABROAD AND I CANNOT TRANSFER MY MONEY AND CALLING THE BANK IN THE UAE IS EXPENSIVE.

Unreliable and limited
Emirates Islamic I-banking app is somewhat a representation of the staff ( unreliable and uninterested towards its customers) the owners of the bank should seriously conduct and unbiased audit. As for app is one of the worst that I’ve come across. Funds when transferred are lost without any trace. Transactions are credited and then debited without any reason. The system is slow and limited. I am pretty sure that they can’t do any better cause they don’t what to.
