We notify you both when the taxi is on its way and when it has arrived. You can also follow your car on the map. The app provides you with the taxi's car number so you can smoothly and easily find your car! You find the taxi's car number on the back of the taxi sign.

Booked a taxi, got a confirmation and car number. App showed car drive straight passed me. I tried calling customer support (couldn't call driver), and then booking disappeared. Hailed a different taxi from the street. 10 min later got a call from the original taxi driver.
