Start banking wherever you are with City Bank & Trust Mobile! Available to all City Bank & Trust online banking customers, City Bank & Trust Mobile allows you to check balances, make transfers, find locations, pay bills and control your debit card. Need to find a branch or ATM closest to you? City Bank & Trust Mobile will discover your location and provide you with addresses and phone numbers on the fly.
Available features include:
Accounts
- View your latest account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.
Transfers
- Easily transfer cash between your City Bank accounts.
Locations
- Find nearby branches and ATMs using the device's built-in GPS. Additionally, you can search by zip code or address.
Bill Pay
-Make payments to existing payees, edit or cancel scheduled bills, and review previously paid bills from your mobile device.
Card Control
-Turn you card on/off anytime. Restrict transactions based on the merchant’s location, the merchant or transaction type and limit per transaction amounts. You can also receive an alert anytime your card is used.

App use
I’m new but I’ve had trouble signing in on it a lot
Always crashing
This app should be convenient to use but it constantly crashes and won’t allow you to sign in with “unknown error” messages. I’ve given it nearly an entire year to see if it improved but it hasn’t. Time for some kind of update City Bank.
Trouble signing in
Always have trouble signing in on iPhone XS. It never save face recognition and most of the time it make me enter a new security code that the app has to text me.
