Members who joined RTN before June 1, 2023, may download our free mobile banking app for 24/7 access to your account. Check your account balances, pay your bills, view history, transfer funds, deposit your checks, locate branches and ATMs and set alerts for reminders all from your iPhone®, iPod® Touch, or iPad®.
We use the latest technology to ensure all transactions are private, safe and secure. Once you’ve downloaded RTN's mobile banking app, simply sign up for Mobile Banking by clicking the ‘Enroll for Mobile Banking!’ link.
*Your mobile carrier may assess text messaging and/or web access charges depending on your phone plan.

Banking info is good but finding an ATM not good
This app is useful for checking your balance, transferring money or depositing checks. But try searching for an ATM and it says you have to enable location service. Even after doing that, it still doesn't work and gives you the same error. If you type in the location name, it only gives you an address, not a store name. So it is useful but needs some work
Charges and app crashing
The app often crashes. Been accessed charges a couple of times because the app failed to open. Unable to access my account in order to make transfers since yesterday, app is still not up running. Tried to explain the situation and why I was accessed the charges to the customer representative and to possibly have those charges reversed, but to no avail. I can’t access my funds now and it is frustrating.
Severely Outdated!!!
In 2020 when online mobile banking is more important than ever, I feel like I’m stuck in the stone ages using this app and at this point I’m starting to think it’s not the app but rtn themselves. I’ve considered switching banks due to this, I envy those who use other banks that can Atleast see same day transactions. The app can be so much better than what it is now but it seems who ever is in charge chooses to be lazy or is directing attention elsewhere. Pack it up!!!!!
