App
The app it’s great and work most of the time I will say 9/10. I would love for the app and the bank to work with zelle and have zelle already install with the app, will make life more easy for some of us :)
Does the job but needs updated
While yes this app does the job, it needs to be updated. The layout of the app is old and needs a new look. The banking app has issues connecting to Zelle and does not connect to Apple wallet or anything like that. Not only those two problems there is glitches within the app. It might not be the apps fault, but when ordering things it will show me the wrong amount in my account. I have overdraft protection, but it caused me to be in the negative. I’m a young adult so I don’t have the best income. Luckily I got more money in my account now so I’m no longer $20 in the negative, but it showed I had $60 when I only had $8.50. That caused me to spend more than I had so when it glitched back the next day I was just tired of the glitch happening multiple times.
Convenient for most things
I love this app. It has the instant balance feature which I can’t say I’ve used very much because of how quickly I can log in with Face ID. I especially love the card alerts so I can know any time my card is used and determine asap if my card has been compromised.
One improvement I would recommend is the ability to view all my statements from the app. It is more of a hassle to have to login on the webpage to find all my statements.
