Very bad support
I purchased this and had to restore my iPad. It doesn’t recognize In the app that I purchased the annual subscription already even though its listed under my purchases on the iPad. iTunes support having trouble helping me, and customer support for printed magazine is clueless too. Link under the app for support goes to a missing page on website.
Scientist
Password request/reset in app doesn't work as a result can't login and download magazine. Have been requesting support from customer service for months with no improvement. Get the paper magazine and don't waste you time with digital edition.

Cannot login. Very frustrating - money with no content.
