Cannot find Downloaded magazines

So I finally subscribed to the digital subscription. I love the archive section and being able to view any magazines at a click of a button. Unfortunately when I click on the downward arrow to download the article, the article clearly showing the download process but can’t seen to find it anywhere on my iPad Pro. After contacting Apple support they suggested to reach out the developer and resolve the issue directly with them. So is anyone else experiencing downloading issue such as not knowing where the downloaded files reside?

Not able to update password

I do not recommend this app, and that does not concern its contents. The problem is that the app settings give you no way of updating or resetting your password, if you forget it. Since I forgot my password to access the app, it has been nearly two years since I am not able to read the magazine. The website does not help either. This is the only app that does not allow you to reset a password when it is forgotten. I will let the subscription run out and will not renew it. I have been wasting my money.

Useless app

I have a paid subscription through the BAS website fo a digital edition. The app lets me log in fine, but when i try to read an issue, the download progress bar loads for 10 minutes or so, then upon completing resets to empty. Impossible to read a magazine I paid for.
Do not buy this magazine on a tablet. If they can't get their app to be even barley functionnal it means they don't respect you as a customer. If this is not resolved fast I´canceling my subscription.
