The best app ever!!!
I’ve never been one for coupon or savings apps because they usually feel like more effort than it’s worth but Moocho is the BEST! Moocho is so easy to use and makes saving so easy. They offer so many different stores and restaurants like Walmart, DoorDash, and Instacart and I’m able to save on purchases I was already making. It works just like a gift card so it’s easy to use, rewarding me with points that I can exchange for discounts on my purchases. They also have missions I can complete to earn even more reward points. I love using Moocho and being able to save $25+ on my groceries and date nights!!!
Love this app
Learning about this app I was skeptical because a rep walked up to me in the store and told me to download it and add my card information and I was like no when I didn’t know anything about this app but now, I wish I would have started using it right then and there. I waited about a month before I began to use it and don’t even want to think about the money I missed out on. I would highly recommend this app. I have cashed out on my earnings three times so far and I look forward to using this in the future. I’ll be glad when more stores start participating because this is amazing.
Can’t make returns
After leaving several messages over the last few weeks, someone returned my call. My question was inquiring about how to do a return since the purchase is applied as a “gift card” purchase and reads as such on the receipt. Knowing most businesses refund back to the original payment method, I wanted to know the process. The representative was quick to say the refund would be given…. How??… and then I would need to issue the receipt to Moocho for a refund. Too much work and makes me skeptical to the process. When I told her my feelings, she hung up on me. Kohls will give a gift card for the return since it was purchase like a gift card. I don’t have a use now for credit towards Kohls and wish I had made the purchase with a payment I can get the credit back if return is necessary.
