Description
Play this fun and easy-to-use Sudoku game on your iPhone or iPad. Great for beginners and a challenge for experts. It has beautiful graphics, smooth game play and subtle sound effects.
Sudoku is a number puzzle game where you try to fill in the blanks. Each digit (from 1 to 9) can only appear once in each row, column, or 3x3 sub-grid. There is only one solution for each puzzle. Here's an example:
If a row looks like this:
1 3 _ 4 5 6 8 9 7
Then the number 2 is the only possible answer for that empty space, because the numbers 13456789 are all already in that row. By looking to see which numbers are already in a row, column and 3x3 sub-grid you can figure out what numbers go in each cell. (It sounds more complicated than it is! The "SIMPLE" level puzzles make it pretty easy to get started.)

The Best by Far
This is the best Sudoku app by far. Eric's handles a lot of little things that really add up to a pleasant experience of solving a Sudoku puzzle. One thing I particularly like is the yellow highlighting that helps me locate all instanciations of a given number. Also, Eric's Sudoku will stop you when you make a mistake. For me, that saves me from having to restart the puzzle because I got too far down the road.
Eric's makes the best Solitaire games. So it comes as no surprise that they made the best Sudoku, as well.
Buttons so close to ads...
Update...Buttons so close to ads...
Notes buttons are big and round but actual entry buttons are quite small and so close to ad on bottom, your finger clicks ad and away you go to the store. Forcing a person to buy the game without ads, makes me not want to buy it, nor keep the free game. BUT, if the Round Notes buttons and the actual Too Small Entry buttons switched positions so that the Notes buttons were below the actual Too Small Entry buttons AND ads on top, i would probably love the game because i would not constantly accidentally clicked ads instead of Too small Entry buttons. If there were room, the Too Small Entry buttons could be enlarged as well. Thank you Eric.

Best Sudoku app out there

This app has hundreds of puzzles for all levels of players. I bought the solitaire and sudoku bundle and I love it. No ads. The one addition I would love is for a nighttime mode in Sudoku. Black squares, white numbers. Thanks for a quality game. I play daily.
