Crashes Freezes

app consistently freezes when trying to choose a plan, not only with my plan but also when selecting the “other” from the drop-down, it just crashes. I’ve seen all the reviews about crashes, but I usually attribute them to older versions or people who aren’t technologically savvy, but this app is useless because I have the latest update to my iOS and the developers just can’t seem to get this app working correctly based on the number of horrible reviews. And if a developer is reading this, I am sending this review to my company, and to the insurance companies that you work with, so it’s time to get your act together.

Being “my person”

I’ve given the 5 star rating without first having any experiences with the company or app yet. If necessary I will reassess and edit but I’m sincerely hoping that my high hopes and newfound comfort is only strengthened as we move forward as I have only just signed up 5 mins ago and have never utilized the type of services offered here. However, right away I’m going to be taking advantage of this perk offered to me by my job. I honestly can’t think of a single working adult I know who could say this wouldn’t be a helpful, time saving aid.
But…. Maybe it’s a personality typing coming out here or some other complexity of my makeup, but to me it’s a sense of security to know that I have someone in my corner. Not having any family Per say or really feeling close enough to talk about some things about my Private health with the people I am closer to this makes it possible for me to still have somebody I know that is on my side and who literally has my well-being as their job.

Login issues

Does anyone do quality control any longer? I couldn't get past the login screen. It just sits and spins without any response or error. I figured my password expired since HealthAdvocate makes you change your password so often, which is ridiculous causing fatigue and weak passwords. But I digress. That's another issue. Anyway, I changed my password online and the app worked. So try that if you have problems. I don't really expect great things from this app. We'll see. I suppose I don't mind one star since the app at least opens and I can't give zero. Thanks employers for choosing such a cutting edge company to work with.
