Get locked out at least once a month!

I have been locked out of my account routinely around once a month every single month for years now. I’m used to it. It’s just a part of life! Wake up and see if I can access my own money today! What’s this? Locked out again? And it’s a holiday weekend so I’m screwed for the next 3 days I can’t transfer money? FANTASTIC!!! I keep credit cards in all my vehicles now because I was stranded one time in a gas station at 1 am and had thousands of dollars in my account but could not get too it until the next business day. I had to spend the whole night locked in my car at a gas station and call the next day to get into my account. WORST BANKING APP EVER CREATED!

tiktik is so amazing ,

No network connection???

For the last week, my app has said that I didn’t have a network connection. I always have a network connection and I can never check my balances unless I go through Chrome or Safari. Will there be a fix for this? I have deleted the app and downloaded it a second time. This still did not work. If it wasn’t for this, I would give the app 5 stars! I can do everything I need to do through the app and it has worked great for the last 10 years, until now. Thank you!

You need a daily text notification

I would really appreciate it, as I believe other customers would, the ability to receive texts from your bank each time there is a transaction or deposit. I’ve had this at a previous bank and it is extremely helpful. It has helped me be aware instantly when there is an on authorized transaction.

We actually already do offer this feature - you can access it by logging in at htb.com, opening the "Settings" menu within your online banking profile, selecting "Security and Alerts", and then choosing "Alerts". From there you can create and customize both text and email alerts, including for incoming transactions or deposits. We also have a fraud text alert notification system, and if you're not already enrolled in that, you can do so over a brief phone call to the HomeTrust Bank Customer Care Center at (800) 627-1632, option 5 for debit cards. This system would send you a text message any time that a potentially fraudulent transaction is detected trying to come through your debit card. If you have any questions about these text alert systems, or if there's anything else we could do to help, please reach out to the Customer Care Center using the phone number above and a representative will be happy to help! The Customer Care Center can be reached Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturdays, 9am to 3pm, excluding bank holidays.
