WMUK Public Radio App:
The WMUK Public Radio App allows you to listen to WMUK, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for all the WMUK streams at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for programs, bookmark a program for later, and wake up to WMUK with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!
• Listen to live streams from WMUK even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing – no clicks to start listening.
• Integrated program schedules for every WMUK stream!
• One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another stream with a single click.
• Listen to WMUK in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails!
On Demand
• Access WMUK’s programs easily and quickly.
• DVR-like controls. Pause, rewind and fast forward your program with ease.
• When listening to programs, individual segments (when available) are listed so you can review and choose one or listen to the entire program.
• Easy to access past programs.
• The WMUK Public Radio App displays the web page associated with the program or program segment you are listening to On Demand so you can explore for more information.
Radio Bookmarks
• Save what you were listening to (Live or On Demand) so you can replay, follow-up, or share it later by simply clicking “Bookmark”.
• Compatible with the popular Radio Bookmark device (www.radiobookmark.com).
Search
• The unique “Search Public Radio” feature finds stories or programs across hundreds of stations and web pages and makes it easy to play instantly.
Additional features
• Easily share stories and programs with family and friends via the “Share” button.

Nice, reliable
Very reliable streaming, unlike the other big public radio station in the state.
Really confusing to use
I don’t understand why it’s so hard to use this app I like how it’s broken up in different genres so if you heard something on the actual radio you can go back and listen to the details of it later the search feature is useless does not work for single keywords or for a name I need it to be set up in a list form like a list of everything so you can just search for what you’re looking for I’m in middle Michigan and I listen to the radio in my car I would like to continue off in my office after my commute the app is very frustrating to use needs to be simplified
Has many glitches
I get frustrated. It goes back 40 seconds or so and then repeats. I have sent in my comment but so far no response. It buffers where no other apps have that happen and same wifi
Feel it should be really looked at for bigs and re stored
Update September 5. Still same issues. Why cant this just be completely re done be app developer so i can hear my WMUK?
