***** "Basic and straightforward app that works exactly as it is supposed to. It's helpful to have a measure week by week of what a healthy weight range is throughout pregnancy, and to see not just the number on the scale, but also the trend over time and the rate of growth. Recommended." - QuapaMama

***** "I enjoy having a reminder to not get carried away "eating for two". I am pregnant for the first time and I was lost with how much and when do women generally gain weight. Always nice to have reassurance!" - Tgrtgr

Would be useful to have something similar for OB/Gyn office

I work as a Dietitian in women’s health and we track and graph the moms’ weight each visit. Our new health record system can’t auto-plot the weights onto the IOM graphs. If you could write program that could automatically pull the data from the health record and generate a pdf of the weight grid that would be so great. The moms need to see a visual image of their progress over the 40 weeks of pregnancy. It helps motivate them to follow the nutrition recommendations. I’m really tired of plotting the data by hand! It’s so time consuming.

Weekly goal=end goal?

Somehow my weekly goal is my end goal weight for pregnancy!!! I'm in the first trimester. According to the app this trimester ends when I give birth. Not sure how that make sense but there is definitely nothing special about it. All the app does is give you for the goal for when you give birth which I could have found online for free. The graph doesn't seem like it would be helpful. Doesn't even seem to do a day by day thing. Just a single straight line through the entire grid. So pretty much it tells me that if I gave birth at the weight I am now I didn't gain enough. Save your money.

Developer Response ,

This sounds like an issue regarding the selected due date which can be changed in the settings screen located at the top left of the Log page.

Helpful Graph - Easy to Use

This app certainly doesn't have as many features as some of the newest ones, but I have used this through two pregnancies now, and I still appreciate the simplicity and ease of use. The graph is easy to interpret and I find the weekly and trimester targets to be helpful gauges. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
