La nuova app ha un design rinnovato e l’esperienza di utilizzo è ancora più semplice e intuitiva: insomma, gestire la tua quotidianità non è mai stato così facile e veloce!
Tramite l’app puoi:
• Acquistare direttamente in app prodotti come carte di credito e carte prepagate;
• Visualizzare il plafond di tutte le tue carte, anche quelle condivise;
• Salvare i tuoi promemoria per non dimenticare mai una scadenza, dal pagamento di un bollettino al rinnovo della carta d’identità;
• Visualizzare tutti i documenti inviati dalla banca e inviarci i tuoi documenti direttamente da app;
• Effettuare Bonifici Italia e Sepa, giroconti, ricariche cellulare e carta prepagata;
• Pagare bollettini postali anche tramite fotocamera, pagare MAV/RAV;

Gimmicky and Not Functional
The old version of this app was very functional and allowed you to do exactly what you need to do without any fuss. This version of the app, however, attempts to be flashy and gimmicky. For example, you can’t do a screenshot of your most recent transactions because the UI uses some weird gimmicky accordion. Dumb!!!
just another example which shows the difference
between how we do business here in the US and how italian does business! we have a home in italy where we spend our summer months. i am long time customer with bank of america. although i would never call b of a perfect, but boy compared to this BNL app, bofa's app and online presence is like the first world versus the third world. not only can i not do many things i am able with the b of a app, i cannot even print out monthly statement and have not figured out even on their website. maybe italian financial institute does not issue monthly statement! and many other weird corky aspects of this app for which i do not have time to write up. again, i believe this is just another reflection how italian approaches business operations which is quite backward.
Poor app
Needs to have language setting options. Literally every other product, service, and website can be configured in any language globally.
