Getting better all the time

The last two upgrades to this have been major improvements. Paying bills, and transferring money between accounts have been greatly improved over past editions. Likewise, I can now pay my cable bill directly, where it would take a few days in the past.

I’m really glad that CFCU listens to their members, and integrates our suggestions into future releases of this app. Sadly, this was something that my former bank wouldn’t even think of, which was why is one of the reasons I left them.

Touch ID Doesn’t Work

This app is really good! One minor issue is that I really miss using Touch ID and not having to save my password so I don’t have to retype it all over again. Is this a bug in the system that does not allow for Touch ID to work or is it not a thing anymore? When I try and turn it on, it turns off immediately.

Please fix this if possible

Terrible to the point it feels like a scam.

CFCU recently acquired Core Federal Credit Union and their transfer process was the most confusing experience i’ve ever had to be a part of. Took two hours just to figure out my correct login info, only to not “have permission” to log in on any mobile app despite setting everything up on my computer. They also have no idea if any of my automatic payments will work correctly post-transfer. those are kinda essential.

If they make my account closing process or bank transfer any more difficult i’m literally going to look into a legal action because this is atrocious.
