Precautions have been taken to ensure that your Mobile Banking transactions will be secure. All information transmitted via Mobile Banking is protected with state-of-the-art encryption methods that mask your sensitive information. A password is required every time you sign on to Mobile Banking.

Great app and great bank
App is good and easy to use. I would’ve given it 5 stars but I didn’t cause they do a lot of maintenance. Hope the app improves and doesn’t require maintenance so often
Glitchy sometimes; features missing.
I’m glad they have mobile banking, but it’s still lacking. There should be a way to lock your debit/credit card in case you misplace it or see unusual activity as well as report if lost or stolen, etc.
I don’t see a way to see the list of external accounts either in case you would like to delete it from your account or modify it.
There should be a feature for hiding or unhiding a cardholder’s info like the card number and account too in case reference and security is needed.
The app has potential.
Credit Card Balance
I would like it to be faster to check one’s balance for credit card. If one has already done the security steps to check Acct. Balances, then it would be so much more convenient to click credit card, and see transactions, balance, and pmt. history. The way it is presently set-up is too time consuming.
