Wait a bit!
So far good for my purpose- logging days of progress. Asking for a rating as soon as you try APP is not good! I guess that’s done because every day is important in smoking cessation? Perhaps I will rate again after a few weeks.

Needing a little help & motivation to get me through this non smoking. It doesn't necessarily help you to quit as a smoking aid but it's very simple to use, User friendly. Will be one of my more used apps of my fav list.
