Lost all my flexi in a second… my bad

After receiving SMS warning i forgot to recharge immediately and was willing to do that. I had 3000+ points in my flexi cards cumulated over months of efforts. Unfortunately Ooredoo is strict and severe for the time of expiry. It removes all the points in one second once expired. It’s the system and i knew it. My bad. But i feel somewhere it’s unfair. Should take into consideration that someone had a bad day or busy or forgot and give a grace time of few hours or at least change the system: make a part of points expire. Let’s say equivalent of one month. Not ALL my points. This was so severe and frustrating. Some apps where you can cumulate points like Novo Cinemas or Avios on Qatar Airways will expire older points first. Then later others. But here BOOM all the 2357 points i had + 710 on international lines. So 3000+ points.

I make an appeal for Ooredoo to change its policy and give regular customers or loyal users a different expiration. My Data is in same position.

Make us wish to keep the number otherwise why would we be loyal anymore to a same number or company if we lose everything. Believe me of this happens to me on my data i will have no more reason to be worried about losing this number and go to anything else.

Trust me, even if this is the system and this was my mistake, user or customers with many ooints and data high number should be privileged and kept on your side. Change please system for loyal users.

Thank you.

Glitchy payment processing

Every single payment attempt either fails or freezes. I attempt payments using Qatari credit and debit cards, US debit and credit cards. There are always problems. The only way I know a payment goes through is via sms. The app just shows processing. I have to close and reopen to verify. The app is also just one aspect of multiple issues related to Ooredoo service. For instance, they notify you that your bill is due on the same day it is due, along with a threat of service interruption. It’s as if extraterrestrials with no idea how normal people’s lives work are writing the company policies and procedures. You can rest assured that Ooredoo will not care about basic customer service and you will certainly have to make trips into their store. On the bright side, the customer service reps in the stores know how to help. Unfortunately they are just cleaning up the mess that is their company’s overall service and app quality. There is no point in having an app if it doesn’t save time for the customer. That is the fundamental point of an app. Ooredoo clearly misses that point.
