Description
The Source1 Skyport Comfort Control App allows iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users to remotely monitor and control their heating and cooling systems. From the couch to across town, with Comfort Control you may control up to 10 locations with up to 10 thermostats at each location from your mobile device.
Skyport Comfort Control features include:
* Simple, easy to use control of the thermostat.
* Current weather and forecast is displayed for each location.
* Monitor energy use.
* Send personal texts directly to the thermostat’s display, such as: "I will be home at 6pm for dinner".
* Receive alerts when the space where the thermostat is located is too hot or cold.
* Turn on/off time period programming or vacation settings.
* Emails may be configured to go to your HVAC service provider when service is needed.
Compatible with Source1 CTS Series thermostat models: S1-THPU32P7S & S1-TBPU32P7S.

App doesn’t work
Just got my new York heat pump and was told this app would work with it. It does not. Won’t let me create an account. When I created an account with my laptop via the web, I tried logging in with this app and it shows an error message. I tried to rate the app on the app and it errors out. Very disappointed after such a large purchase.
Doesn’t work
Whenever you try to use the app to either create or even log into your existing account it does not work. Waste of putting it on your phone. You will not be able to manage your thermostat with your phone
Not working
App was working great for the first 2 years then just stopped working. I deleted it but still won’t let me log in or creat account. Just keeps loading when I try to creat an account. I don’t know what to do. I loved controlling the a/c from my phone. Any help is appreciated
