The app works as it should it is very easy to use it is pretty much plug and play, the ONLY issue I have that could help out a lot would be if the app actually tells you whether or not the door (bolt lock) is locked or unlocked. The function of the app and smart lock is to lock and unlock your door from wherever you are EXCEPT you don’t know if the door locked or if it stayed unlocked the only way to tell is to walk up to the door bolt lock and see if it has been engaged “locked” idk maybe make the app screen turn green when unlocked or turn red when it is locked.

Please change that one aspect of the app, give it a way for you to tell if your smart front door deadbolt is locked or unlocked

Lots of functional control, but I have to agree with everyone else: the lock status should be shown on the iPhone and Apple Watch both graphically (an open or closed lock icon in green or red respectively) and by simply stating “Locked” or “Unlocked”, and this should be provided by an actual status, not just based on the last action taken.

I’m finding the Records tab is not keeping a completely accurate record of openings and closings.

It would be nice if you could register the Apple Watch and/or iPhone as a card/RF device as well so you could just swipe your wrist by the lock if your hands are full and your fob is in a pocket.

Over all the app works great and does a very good job at making sure your locks and app syncs up for effortless functionality.

I have the smart lock Wifi and Front door lock and the only recommendation i have is the home screen lock icon, i would say that having the lock icon show unlocked or locked would bring an extra sense of security to the home owner. Even having the lock wifi linked up, does not always give the correct notification that it is locked or unlocked. For example if you manually lock from inside the house and hit the gateway icon to see if the door is locked, it wall say “LOCK-UNLOCKED” when clearly it is locked. Please make update for the lock icon to actually show real time.
