Really have enjoyed this game except when I’m timed out two times in a row but just have to be super fast with this game….PROBLEM!! It game has frozen on phone screen anc can’t get it to start a new game! Hope I’m not going to have to start over🤦🏻‍♀️ please tell me what to do !

Problem solved as I deleted the app and reinstalled and didn’t loose my level of play !!

Is there a reason that when I purchase this game it does not allow multiple devices? I have a few and I just want ad-free versions all of them without paying the extra purchase price. Shouldn’t there be a button that says restore purchases or something? The save progress option is there, but I don’t want to use up my gems on that. That’s totally greedy. It should just be a given that I can use the game on other devices. Just make it fair instead of “get the buyer.”

Great game! I absolutely loved it when I started playing. There were no ads. Now there are ads. I started playing because the ad that I watched said specifically no ads. Now after many weeks of playing, ads appear. What’s up with that? I don’t care about ads. Not really. I know they are a necessary evil. What I don’t like is repetition of ads, prolonged clicking on them, and clicking several Xs or “Done” to get out of them. Hey, here’s an idea! Get some of the ads from tv on there. You know like food, soda, candy, etc, and stop with the apps ads. Heck, I’d even prefer short political ads in there. Other than that, the game premise is good and quite enjoyable. Edit: Add to the problem with ads Poorly worded ads that contain spelling and grammatical errors. 🤨😖😫😩🫤

The save progress button in the settings does not consume gems, but there are gems rewards after binding your account. Our game allows you to play with the same account on multiple devices. After you complete the account binding in the settings interface, log in to the account on any device, and the game data will be automatically synchronized. The game is amazing and the fact that there are no ads especially with the greedy developers these days. However with that being said the hard levels and super hard levels become impossible. There is just not enough time to do it no matter how fast you go unless you just get lucky a week later and the items falls exactly where they need to be or you tap the right one at the right time. Forcing you to use boosters or stars or real money which I’ll never spend on an app. I’d adjust the hard and super hard levels just a bit. No one wants to be stuck on a level for days! Other than that. Great job!
