Also I can’t even use the card at Walmart because nothing scans as eligible. Not even bananas. I haven’t been able to use this card outside of this app (which has a terrible selection) except to pay my electric bill. Please update so I can use to buy food and vitamins at Walmart. I live in Webb City and that is the only place in this town where I can buy food and vitamins. I never had these problems with United Healthcare and will probably switch back to them this year, as your extra benefits card is pretty much worthless at the store.

For my insurance Freedom, this app is supposed to let me scan a product at the select retailer and it will tell me if it is an approved purchase. Was adopting a pet. The majority of items were said to be approved by the app. If one wasn’t I looked for comparable ones that were. At the register it said $4 was covered. I needed the items, used a credit card and submitted a request for reimbursement. I got a letter saying the items were not covered despite showing the app saying the items were approved. Thank goodness I went ahead and spent the money on other items because I only had a few days or I would lose it. I knew they would deduct it from my next benefit credit if I spent it and then they reimbursed me but was worried they wouldn’t.

Happened to me before when I lost my card. I submitted my receipts & it was denied because even though I had to pay with a credit card while waiting for my new benefits card in order not to lose the benefits they refused because I had the groceries delivered but I wasn’t told that. Since I had to use my own form of payment I didn’t think it would matter if they were delivered for $7. We are old and/or disabled. It is difficult getting to and around the store. Why penalize a person who had to use their own form of payment because it was delivered 1 time because of a lost card and time running out

My big 1 Frustrating & aggravating complaint with this new app is that it keeps freezing on me, such as: if I want to read what mcg., the quantity it freezes, it won’t let me return, or go forward, the same thing, it’s so aggravating to no need, how can you say this an improved app, the old one may have brought me always back , but it never constantly kept freezing where I always had to re- enter just see what I want to order. This app truly needs to be improved. It’s make me want to cry, I can’t drive, so this is my only way unless someone’s are kind to ask me whenever they go to any of the stores that accepts our card’s, otherwise this my only means, please fix this app, I truly have need of ordering my needs. Please help, and fix this so it stops freezing, so I can order again. Whoever created this new app I BEG YOU TO FIX IT, REPAIR IT, HAVE MERCY, FIX IT THAT IT STOPS FREEZING & so I can place my order. P.S. I tried on my androied cell phone, it worked, but because it was small phone it was harder to read, so please I beg both you & Apple to please fix this app, I need to order it on my iPad so I can read & see it better.
