I have been banking with first state bank since I was 12 well over 30 years love them.
Worst login and interface ever
If your decision to use a bank based on their app, and I know that this is important to me, then don’t bother. This is one of the worst, least dependable apps I’ve ever used. Login is a major pain and I am having forever issues with their photo program when depositing checks. And finally, their deposit limit for checks is only $5k. My other banks are $25 and $50k check limits. Finally they charge higher fees when you don’t use an account a lot!
Pleasant atmosphere
No matter what branch I go to, I am always treated nice. I feel like First State is a family that I never want to leave.
