Huma Seha is your health companion app and is configured especially for you. The app tracks your health between doctor's appointments and shares your health information so you and your care team can make better decisions. Your doctor has to recommend the app to you to be eligible to start using the app.
The Huma Seha app can help you:
Monitor your vital signs when you are outside the hospital so you and your doctor can understand how you are feeling
Log symptoms so you have a record that you can discuss with your care team
