Loving this App!

I have been exercising with Rick for the past year on You Tube and paid for a membership in September. I love Rick’s personality and variety of routines.

This app is a game changer! It is possible to schedule your workouts in advance so all you need to do is show up and hit play. You can easily mark your favorites. Rick offers a variety challenges throughout the year. The workout for the day will be added to you calendar so you know exactly what you need to do.

I love this app for it’s ease of use and variety of content. I do not foresee getting bored with Rick.

“Doable” fun fitness

I appreciate not only the fun workouts with REAL music(not fitness Muzak)but also appreciate Rick’s genuine delivery and connection. He is motivating and before you know it, you have had a terrific workout you can feel good about. The format makes it easy to be successful. I have used this to compliment other active things I do(walking etc) as I will often do a GFWR workout in addition-good for me! I am a family practice physician and have also recommended this as a fun and again “doable” way for patients to successfully engage in exercise.

Simply the Best

Get Fit With Rick is my favorite workout app ever. It includes walking workouts, fitness programs, nutrition plans with recipes, live talks, and a supportive community. The goal is to provide joint-friendly and fun, yet sweaty, training along with sensible nutrition education. There is a huge amount of existing content and new content is added regularly. The app itself is user-friendly, full of helpful features, and remarkably stable. I highly recommend it!
