PrayForYou is a social media app aiming to bring the Christian community closer together through sharing prayer requests. In a world where every social media platform encourages us to post our pictures, videos, and opinions daily, why not also encourage our community to pray for each other?
In order to view your friends’ prayer requests, you need to share yours first! Every 24 hours your prayer request will “expire” and you will need to share a new one in order to continue seeing your friends’ requests. PrayForYou is a simple app meant to be used within your church communities, campus ministries, or simply between your friends and family!

- Get daily reminders to share your prayer request! Adjust this time to match your routine.
- Post whatever is on your heart! Remember to update your prayer request every 24 hours so others can pray for you AND you can pray for others!

- Get notified when friends share their request! Stay up to date when the people in your circle update their prayers.

NEW FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS:
- Prayer count is increased from 200 characters to 1000 characters.
- Comment on other people's prayers! Leave an encouragement as you pray for others!
- Double tapping a post on your feed will send an alert to the poster saying you've prayed them!
- See who prayed for your latest post! (This is only visible to you as the poster. It's not visible to the public.)
- Keep track of people you've prayed for with the new list view on the home page!

Great but would like to add a reply/comment feature, or something to indicate that you’re prayed for your friends. more interactive please!!

Thank you for the feedback. I've received a lot of requests for these features and I'm proud to announce that the new 2.0 update has everything you're looking for! You can now comment on your friends' prayer requests! And double tapping a prayer will send a notification to your friend that you've prayed for them! Update now to check it out! I hope these changes make the platform more interactive for you and your community :)
