Description

A training log based off a competitive sports training periodization approach. The idea is you section off your training into blocks (set number of weeks) with a strong focus on skill or athletic development (aerobic, anaerobic lactic, anaerobic alactic, general strength and power, sports specific strength and power, etc). Each training block focuses on a new skill/athletic development that builds on past training blocks.

You will be able to set your training plan in any number of weeks, set your workouts per week, and if you need varying training blocks of varying lengths or workouts per week, you are able to customize each training block to your own liking! Workouts may be divided into sections and you can save these sections to import to future workouts with ease. You may also reflect on your individual workouts with a notes section!
