See AllWow! This is THE ONE!
I’ve evaluated dozens and dozens of sleep apps over 15+ years! This one is THE ONE I’ve been looking for.
I’ve long been into brainwave entrainment and this one not only offer various frequencies, but also a huge variety of music and ambient mixes to go with them.
Beyond that, I don’t like having to remember what all the various frequencies are known for — no worries here — every track has a description to let you know what you’re getting into before you play it. This has kept me from wasting a good night’s sleep on a track I know I’m likely not going to enjoy and may keep me awake.
I also like the UI/UX except it could use some layout enhancements in the area where the sleep timer and breathing controls are located. I would also prefer the description of the track to be at the top instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom to locate it.
All that said, this app, in my opinion, is fantastic. Where you been all my life?!!!
Hope the Dev forever keeps adding tracks, new frequencies, and keeps improving it. 5/5 Stars!
The variety I crave!
I used to have an app that allowed me to listen to soft music with chimes while also using binaural beats. That app was removed a while back and I have not been able to find an app with sounds and beats that matched what I had with it. Until I downloaded this app. The variety of different wavelengths and sound patterns give me the range I need, whether I’m working through a mound of paperwork or trying to relax before bed.

Edit: The back button does work now. Thanks to the dev listening to my review. Changed the 3 to 5 stars.
Old:
Great app, however the back button doesn‘t work and once starting a session, you have to close the app in order to try other sessions. Other than that an amazing app.
