Not letting me log in

For some reason it’s not letting me log in. Yesterday I wasn’t able to log in at all so I changed my password, and it still wouldn’t let me log in. The next day (today) I tried logging in again, and it will log me in for a second, then the app will freeze and go to my homepage, and when I went back into the app I was signed out. I’ve tried to do this multiple times to make sure it wasn’t just my phone glitching, but it’s definitely the app.

MAPCO is running customers off

The MAPCO app and experience were once great - enter a pump #, select Apple Pay (or credit card), pump gas, receive discount, done. Now the app only accepts Venmo or personal bank account, as confirmed by official responses from MAPCO here in the review section. (BTW, MAPCO has not updated its website to say that the app now no longer accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, nor credit cards.)
I am not giving my personal banking info to either MAPCO or Venmo (see Venmo’s recent majority 1-star reviews).
Seems to me that MAPCO is trying to get around credit card transaction fees at the risk of losing convenience and options for customers.
While I appreciated MAPCO rewards once, convenience and secure transactions are now more important to me, so I, my family, and apparently many other customers (based on first-hand experience seeing irate customers at the gas station today and seeing reviews of the latest app version) will be taking our business elsewhere.

Points on my card.

2 weeks ago I was returning from middle Tennessee, and stopped at a MAPCO called and asked about using my points, the lady wouldn’t let me use them and gas was very high where I stopped. I came on up the road and stopped at Exxon gas was cheaper there. I thought to myself I will just start using Exxon. I don’t like the way Ive been treated by MAPCO the past few months. My card got to where it wouldn’t scan the lady told me I needed to call for a new card so I did.A friend of mine and I have had our cards for years, but she types in her phone number. So they were still giving her 10 cents while I got less. I called and complained so they started giving me 10 again., but guess what they started giving my best friend 25 cents. And that’s why I’m going to Exxon if I can find one or switch to something else.
