Who is this App for?

The on.plans solution is the new way for architects, engineers, construction project managers (CPM) and all construction professionals to manage their projects more easily, quickly and efficiently. It is the perfect tool to have at your fingertips, helping you to plan, coordinate and control a project from start to finish. on.plans is very versatile and can be used over several devices and by multiple users, both offline and online.

WHAT
What is it for?

Thanks to its easy-to-use interface, on.plans allows you to import your projects, schedules and plans (PDF) to an iPad and so improve the way you manage the construction of your projects by saving you valuable time and making it easier to share ideas and monitor your projects.

You will be able to create and manage your plans directly by easily creating punch lists, notes, demands, tasks, reminders, pictures, voice recordings, meetings, contractors and much more during your on-site meetings (offline).

You can also save time by sending the minutes of meetings or reports to various contractors and participants, without having to type them up again at the office. Better still, on.plans enables you to sync these minutes or reports with its own servers, as well as modify anything you want from any browser.

This service will prove ideal for independents (I meant a company or individual with only one guy), small companies or large structures that wish to have a second read of the minutes or want an administrative task done by someone else. Once the iPad is synchronised (an internet connection is needed), reports or minutes can be sent from either the iPad or directly from any recent browser on a PC or Mac.

on.plans is free for the managing of one project and includes all functionalities. To start with, it will be available in English, French, German and Italian.

Can this App be used at any time?

Once synchronised on an iPad, on.plans can be used anytime: offline or online. All functionalities are available such as adding participants, demands, tasks, pictures, etc. whenever you want. At the end of an on-site meeting, you can save time by sending your minutes or report to all participants at anytime (if the internet connection is available).

Can it work everywhere?

Yes. on.plans can be used on an iPad anywhere or you can use it from your office or home from any browser. The data is synced with all your devices and users on request.
