New version has lost the feel of a magazine.
The new version of this App has changed the reader interaction with the magazine. The experience is now similar to viewing a website rather than reading a magazine. The print ads no longer appear, except in the PDF version (also provided). Unfortunately the PDF version is very painful to read as each page must pause before coming into focus. Part of the fun in reading a magazine like this is to see the beautiful ad photography.
Latest issue (April 2017) has a very large font so the text goes right to the edge of the page with no margin. Accessing the photos is not intuitive. Photos placed in the body of the text are sometimes missing.
Reading the magazine via this App is no longer a pleasant experience. I thought it was perfect before!

We apologize for the late reply. Indeed, we have changed the app so we can offer a PDF version of our magazines. We did so in order to provide a better readability to our readers. You can still download past Vanity Fair issues with your account and we wish you an interesting reading.

I can’t fix this!
My high school French is not enough to provide any value to this French version of the magazine.
Mistakes happen but when I attempt to probe any customer service numbers I lose the site altogether. I was happy to find more to the sight at least providing me an opportunity to speak out. Perhaps someone will read this and explain what went wrong.

Sorry for the late reply. We really apologize for the inconvenience.
We have corrected the login problem on the french app.
You can now download past Vanity Fair issues with your account. You only have to indicate your email address and password on the section “Mon compte” in the menu and click on your favorite cover to download the issue to which you have access.
