Description
STRUCTUREmobile empowers field technicians to access valuable information and speed up the communication process. It is a mobile Work Orders application that allows field technicians to work remotely and link with the STRUCTURE Work Orders module.
Designed to work with the iPhone and iPad, work orders are dispatched directly to field technicians to review, update and complete. Information is updated directly in STRUCTURE, so paperwork is not re-entered nor needs to be chased down.
STRUCTUREmobile Allows:
• Field Technicians receive their work orders remotely. Work information is readily available, eliminating the need to travel to the office or call in.
• Access to service history.
• Physical paperwork is no longer necessary, which means there is less hassle with keeping it organized and losing important forms.
• Reduces duplicate entry of Work Order information by office staff.
• Expedites turnaround time from work completion to billing.

Poorly Designed
Worst service ticket and invoicing app ever created. This would only be good if it was made by a high schooler for an extra credit coding project. Don’t waste your time.
