Ok

I like this app...however, when I upgraded to a different sized phone with a slightly different screen, the app is too big and does not line up with the screen. This causes a problem when selecting the correct date for the next set of pushups. Is there a way to fix this? I did delete the app and reinstalled it-hoping that would help. Thank you.

Great workday pick me up!

I downloaded all 8 of these 30 day challenges and started them on different days to space out the rest days. I spend 8-14 hours at a desk for several months of the year and my exercise routine, already limited, becomes nonexistent during that time! Now i have an alarm set to go off every hour during my workday and I stand up and spend a couple minutes knocking one of these out. They are quick but that’s what I need. They get the blood flowing and honestly I have a few sore muscles so they are definitely working! I would definitely recommend getting them!

One big problem

My brother showed me this app cuz he knows my dream is to make the MLB, he said if I start doing it I might have a chance to make it. I got the app and it’s like zoomed in and I cant click on the first day so I cant do any of the workouts. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but it’s still zoomed in. Is there a way to fix that?
