Home bound With No Car
I’m 71 years old, have no vehicle and appreciate your online service. Day to day it’s updated so I know the status of my funds.
If I have a question all I have to do is call MTFCU and immediately not only is my question answered, but answered in a very understandable way.
Credit card
I like all the app offers except I’d like to see notifications regarding charges on the credit card, as they occur, come to
my phone instead of receiving a phone call for questionable charges.
Customer service
I can always count on a hello, a huge smile and professional service from Suzanne Miron and Paula McGowen. They have been so helpful as my life has had many financial changes and needs over the past few years.
