My dad still balances a check book

This app is so helpful when it comes to keeping track of your money what’s coming in and going out. My dad is in his 70s still uses a checkbook and was complaining about his account being off by a dollar or so. I opened my app and showed him. We use the same bank. I said I always know EXACTLY what I have because of this app

App doesn’t load correctly very slow

The app has had problems for a month or so now. Loads very slow. The amounts/balances are incorrect like not up to date/time. Someone needs to get this fixed. It will show a deposit in the list but the deposit isn’t included in your balance. Still a lot of problems with the app. If you are chatting with a rep the chat screen scrolls down until you can’t actually see the chat. Took my phone to the bank so they could see what’s going on..they reported it and after three months it’s still not fixed. Still problems with balances.

MFCU mobile app

Absolutely the worst mobile app I have ever experienced. Most of the time I cannot deposit a check with the mobile app. It is always flagging me. Bill pay on the mobile app does not work so I opened an account elsewhere just to be able to pay my bills! Best part? Every time I call the ‘customer service’ number for assistance their attitude is not one of ‘how can I help you resolve the issue?’ But more of ‘there is nothing wrong with our technology and it must be you the customer’ so the issues that I have had are never resolved. I feel that there are much better places to do my main financial business with than this Credit Union.
