Yes, it’s very cute. Somewhat helpful and comes with stickers!
But, there is no game to play and no instructions on how to use the game. Yes it’s pretty obvious that the game indicates weather, but I had not idea how to use those controls. PLEASE make a tutorial at the beginning of the game!!!☺️

Weather penguin relies on knowing where you are so that it can accurately show you your weather. How do you expect it to differentiate between the Sahara and Antarctica if they don't know where you are?
Not everything is hackers trying to find your location.
IDK what to rate this
I don’t know what to rate because I have not used the app yet, but there is a reason. When I first opened the app it it pulled up a thing that said “allow app to find location” or something of that nature (which I didn’t really mind because that pulls up a lot) and like always I clicked never but it wouldn’t let me do that, it took me to the settings app and said I had to turn on location. I’m not sure if I want to use the app now but idk I might
