I have been a member since 2007 , Great banking experience no hassle no issues. All my interactions are extremely positive. Sharonview offers great personal attention alone with excellent customer service. Sharonview is a great institution that can handle all your banking needs.
Would be nice if it actually worked
This app NEVER works the way it should anymore. It doesn’t update when it should to let me know how much I have to keep from overdrawing from my funds. Because of this I’ve gone into overdraft twice. I tried calling and going automated but when I put in my account number, it tells me my account doesn’t even exist which clearly it does. There’s always something going on with this app and I hate it. Everything would be fine if it actually worked. But it doesn’t EVER. Don’t count on being able to monitor your money whenever you need to. It’s horrible. The Credit Union itself is great but the app and phone services are garbage. IT needs to tighten up.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, Jennifer is the best at explaining and communicating the products I had questions about. Give her a raise already 😂 20+ years and counting and I’m still a very satisfied member.
