In 3 simple steps, you can have immediate access to your account. However to perform banking transactions on this app, you will be required to use your authentication token issued by Access Bank. In the event you do not have an authentication token, please visit any Access Bank branch to obtain a transaction PIN.

Should have better login feature

I like Access Bank a lot but I think the use of a token is redundant. I would prefer if we could sign in using OTP sent via SMS. That way I can link my phone while abroad as I have been unable to do so. I mean, that N4 I get debited that reflects my monthly statement needs to be put into good use and not for some bank promo.

Foolish access bank

You still keep previews of 4 years ago because all the recent reviews are about the ugliness of the bank behavior towards their customers and how can a bank tell you to they will rectify it in 3 working days and now it’s 5 working days and nothing from them because they don’t care if you lose you’re money they only care about they’re profit and I don’t want to complain about how you debit my account without any reasonable complain and the last time my account was 0000 and yet you debit me 2100 for what I don’t know and then they left my bank account showing -2100 and I nor buy and I nor sell

Useless update

This update is not working, I have been dealing with this for 2months now, i tried downloading the old version but it's not going through, i can't transfer to other banks except my beneficiaries, i can't subscribe my dstv on it anymore, i can't even do mobile topup on this unless updated app, went to the bank and the customer service said i should keep deleting and re-downloading the app which I have done several times but still not working. Please you better do something fast on this because this can make you loose a customer
