Very poor app with cluttered UI, super slow speed, crashes
This bank really needs to hire some millennials to help out with the app development…
Many issues with this app but something as simple as trying to signup for estatements takes you to a page that never loads shouldn’t be that difficult. The app is frequently down, there is no way to make principle only payments, it is hard to see account balances on lines of credit and loan, and the UI looks like a windows 95 start program.
Convenient and easy to use
I use the mobile app multiple times a day to pay bills, transfer funds for my daughters and send money to friends. Love it!
